Zephyrus is more than a studio; it is a movement collective. Founded in 2024 in Newcastle's Ouseburn district, we bring together dancers, musicians, and visual artists to create work that transcends boundaries. Our approach is rooted in rigorous technique, creative courage, and a deep respect for the cultural traditions that inspire us.

With over a decade of mastery in Bharatanatyam and contemporary dance, Breeze George is the creative heart of Zephyrus Arts. Trained in the Kalakshetra tradition and further shaped by collaborations across Europe and India, Breeze brings a rare synthesis of classical rigour and contemporary innovation. As Artistic Director, Breeze leads artistic programming, choreography, and the vision that defines the Zephyrus experience.
