Cancellations by You: To receive a full refund or class credit, you must cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Class Packages/Blocks: Block bookings are non-refundable and must be used within the specified time frame from the date of purchase.
Cancellations by Us: If Zephyrus Arts cancels a class or workshop, you will be offered a full refund or an equivalent credit for a future session.
No Refunds on Tickets: All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is rescheduled or cancelled entirely.
Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot make the new date, a full refund will be provided.
